NGIQ recently visited Daly’s Native Plants at Mansfield and heard from Robin about major technical issues they have experienced since being forced to connect to the NBN.
During August 2017, Robin received her first call from their phone service provider advising that lines will be cut in her area and that the existing phone service would be lost unless they switched to the NBN. Such calls continued repeatedly, including through the middle of the night! Eventually on 6 December 2017, the NBN was connected for Daly’s Native Plants.
