NGIQ is offering nurseries impacted by Cyclone Debbie an ability to develop a Business Resilience Plan. We have engaged business consultant, Lloyd Russell of TCB Solutions to undertake the work. Lloyd also consulted to NGIQ after Cyclone Marcia and has extensive experience in natural disaster recovery.

The Business Resilience Plan will focus on the 7 core functions of each business to produce a practical and measurable business resilience plan. Each plan will include a productivity review of the business, identify areas for change and provide practical preparedness actions that can be measured and implemented by you and your staff.
The consulting is free to production nurseries impacted by Cyclone Debbie and is offered as part of the Queensland Government Cyclone Debbie Agricultural Recovery and Resilience Project.
