Biosecurity Training: Implementing Plant Protection Programs Workshop

NGIA has teamed up with the Northern Territory Government, and the Commonwealth Department of Agriculture (DoA), to deliver 7 plant protection and biosecurity workshops across Northern Australia. 

NGIA will deliver nursery industry group engagement through Northern Australia Biosecurity Training workshops covering on-farm plant protection and biosecurity information and resources available to industry including the on-farm plant protection and biosecurity program, BioSecure HACCP, procedures and processes.  Attending these workshops will be a crop monitoring specialist to co-present with NGIA’s extension consultant covering the practicalities of crop monitoring in intensive plant production systems.  Workshops will be held in Mackay 3^rd September, Townsville 4^th September and Cairns on the 5^th September.
